live in a static caravan?

hi,i would like to live in a static for 11 months of the year.is there any sites not to far from birmingham.

    Generally speaking, most holiday parks will close their doors for between two and four months over the winter season to allow for maintenance work and to cut down on the costs associated with a dip in visitors numbers. However, increasing numbers of holiday parks are now licensed to operate 12 month seasons, allowing caravan owners to take holidays whenever they want. Unfortunately, there are not many holiday parks in the Birmingham area, and most are located in coastal or rural areas. Below is a list of parks around the UK with 12 month licenses: Barmston Beach - Yorkshire Bideford Bay - Devon Cayton Bay - Yorkshire Church Point - Northumberland Crimdon Dene - Tyne & Wear Eyemouth - Scotland Nodes Point - Isle of Wight Sandylands - Scotland Whitley Bay - Tyne & Wear Withernsea - Yorkshire A note on parks with 12 month seasons: Twelve month holiday parks are not designed for full time residential living. What’s more, as such holiday properties are council tax exempt, the HMRC will not allow you to move into one on a residential basis. If you want to use your caravan as a residential property, it will be better for you to search for “residential park homes”. This may offer you a greater selection of parks in your chosen location.

    As a list of static caravans seen below. Not all sites will let you live for a full year parts but 11 months is usually fine. Check with each of the parks.
