Should I live on the Isle of Wight?

I spent a wonderful Christmas on the Isle of Wight – it’s such a wonderful place. I’ve been a few times and I keep in touch by letter with a lady I met there once. She is unemployed there and so is her family, but she keeps saying in her letters to me, “I hope you can move to the Isle of Wight”. Yes, I’m dying to leave London, but the prospect of unemployment scares me and she knows I need to work, so why does she keep wishing I was living there when the prospects of work are so bad?
