Cost of ferry crossing from Portsmouth to Isle of Wight?

I’ll be travelling, probably with my car, from Portsmouth to the Isle of Wight. It looks like ferries go to either Fishbourne or Ryde.
How much does the ferry crossing cost, and how long does it take?

  1. Book online with Wightlink. It costs around £35 but depends on the deal you get. It takes about half an hour. The car ferries go to Fishbourne. The pedestrian ferries (Fast Cat and Hovercraft) go to Ryde.

Not sure, but if memory serves me, a few years ago, IoW services were provided by either Wightlink out of Portsmouth or Red Funnel (Lines / Ferries?) from Southampton. Presumably a quick I/N search will provide the details.
