how do i book a wedding in the isle of wight?

We are thinking about getting married in the Isle of Wight, something small and special. We ideally want to stay in a hotel with close family and friends on a Friday night and then get married in a registry office on the Saturday then travel back to our home town for a party. Any suggestions? Please help.
