Where to holiday in the Isle of Wight?

I am collecting the sun holiday vouchers and am considering using them for a weekend in the isle of wight, the trouble is their are so many holiday parks in the Isle of Wight I dont know which one to choose! I am going with my partner and our daughter, I would like a sandy beach, with local amenities, an interesting town and shops all within walking distance of each other and the holiday park, the holiday parks I can choose from our below, can anyone reccomend one to me?

  1. I don't know about the holiday parks. However, if you want sandy beaches, local amenities and a nice town, I recommend you choose one near to Shanklin, Ventnor or Sandown. There is a good bus service on the IoW. Shanklin and Ventnor are on the IoW railway, linking you to Ryde. There is a vast amount to do on the IoW and the attractions are generally much cheaper than on the mainland. You'll have a wonderful time!
