Cocktail recipe help!?

A few years back on holiday (Isle of Wight i think) i had a cocktail called a Jelly bean, one of the ingredients was pimms, and it was a very potent mix. I have searched for it online, but havent found it, does anyone have a recipe?

It has a very sweet sherbert taste, and is pink in colour.
