i went there last year and it was very boring worst holiday ever has anyone else been there and what did you think?

    we went out of season for a five day short break ... I enjoyed it because we had the car and toured round the island ... but five days was enough for me, I think I'd have become bored if we'd stayed longer, unless of course it had been summer, the weather nicer and I could have sat around on the beach reading a book ... I didn't go when my kids were young but I'm told it's a nice place for young families

    I went years ago for a long weekend with my boyfriend – we had a great time – loads of good pubs, nice beaches, good food, sitting on the beach drinking beer and watching the sun set, brilliant scenery.

    But not for everyone obviously. What kind of holiday do you like? We both used to spend all our weekends in nightclubs so the last thing we wanted to do on holiday was party – it was like a holiday from all that.
