How can I go from southhampton to Isle of wight?

I know there is one red funnel ferry but how I will roam around Isle of Wight?

Depends on what you mean by roam! If you have a car, then there are more immediately useful ferries from Portsmouth (on the east side of the Solent) and Lymington (on the west) -- Southampton is at the northern tip, with the island south of the Solent. If you want, you can rent a car or even a bicycle on the island. Plus there are buses and taxis. Check out the link in the "source" section! (I'm not affiliated with them in any way).
