Hello, I am thinking of going to the Isle of Wight festival to see Neil Young. My question is What time do i have to be there by? I know Mr Young is headlining so does anyone have an idea. I just need to know because of the ferry times.

Many thanks 🙂
What time does Neil come on? 🙂
I shall probably only go on the Sunday!
Is that AM or PM?

  1. What time he comes on will depend on how many other acts they end up booking for the Sunday and also how long a set he's playing. Headliners at IoW tend to come on at about 9 or 9.30, and on the Sunday they will finish shortly before 11 so that there's time for the fireworks afterwards. However some headliners have started playing earlier, or later. If I were you I'd want to be in the site before 8pm, so that you definitely don't miss him. Bear in mind there may be a queue to get in as well, I bet quite a few people this year will only show up in time for Neil Young on Sunday. Personally, if I were you I'd want to experience more than just one act for my money, but I hope the above advice helps you if you are only interested in Neil Young. :-) Take care, and have a great time! x

If he is the headline act he will probably be on between 9 – 9:30 and do an hour – hour and a half set. Thats PM, most headliners finish there set at about 10:30pm ish. They can go on stage any time after 9pm really, it just depends on how many bands are before them, how much other bands over run and how long it takes to set up there equipment. A few days before the festival the times each act is on at should be shown on the website.
