What’s it like to live on the Isle of Wight?

I maybe moving to the isle of wight to live in the near future and would like to know what it’s like to live there. I know the sites and beaches are lovely but thats it.

    It's cold and a little unfriendly. DOn't get fooled by those MTV Isle of Wight rock shows. It's not like that. /
